Ireland’s Deposit Return Scheme has reached a milestone, with over 500 million bottles and cans returned since its launch in February.
The initiative, managed by Re-turn, has seen impressive growth, with daily returns surging from 69,000 containers in February to a staggering 3.6 million in August.
