Aspen woman bikes 600 miles for climate action

Jacquelyn Francis from Aspen, Colorado, is embarking on a 600-mile bike ride from Utah to Idaho to raise awareness for climate change.

At almost 60, Jacquelyn is taking on this challenge as part of Climate Ride’s 2024 Independent Challenge to raise $20,000 for the Global Warming Mitigation Project (GWMP).

As the founding executive director of GWMP, Jacquelyn has dedicated her life to combating climate change. Along the ride, she will inspire others to embrace sustainable travel.
