Harvard University has announced the creation of a new Center for Health and Happiness.
This exciting initiative, supported by a $21 million investment, aims to explore how positive psychological wellbeing can improve physical health.
Co-director Laura Kubzansky, a professor of social and behavioral health, emphasized the collaborative nature of the center.
“At present, we don’t have a building,” she said. “Like happiness itself, it will be created through the collaboration of people.”
It will be a collaborative effort, bringing together experts from various fields such as psychology, biology, anthropology, medicine, and epidemiology.
