Marks & Spencer (M&S) has teamed up with SOJO, a clothing repair specialist, to introduce a convenient new repair service, supporting their “Another Life” circularity plan.

Launching in August, this partnership will allow M&S customers to access repairs online, starting at just £5, with items returned within 7-10 days.

This initiative aims to reduce textile waste, addressing data showing that only 10% of people feel confident repairing clothes, while 60% desire eco-friendly services.

SOJO, founded by Josephine Philips in 2021, shares M&S’s commitment to sustainability, making repairs accessible and stylish.
