A 23-year-old college student, Miranda Wang, has invented a way to recycle unrecyclable plastic film.
Wang co-founded BioCellection, a company that uses a chemical process to break down polyethylene, a commonly discarded plastic, into valuable liquids for nylon production.
This process is quick, taking just three hours, and can convert single-use plastics into useful materials for fashion and automotive industries.
