Ben Kilner, a 36-year-old adventurer from East Sussex, is about to embark on an exciting journey across Scotland in a bicycle canoe he built by hand.
His unique creation, called the Pedal Paddle, will help him travel over 150 miles across land and water.
It starts in Fort William and ends in Inverness via the Caledonian Canal before cycling back along the Great Glen Way.
Kilner’s goal is to raise £2,500 for A Leg To Stand On, a charity that provides prosthetic limbs to children in developing countries.
