A new study shows that exercising only on weekends can offer the same health benefits as daily workouts.
The research, published in Circulation, found that “weekend warriors” had a reduced risk of over 200 diseases, similar to those who exercise throughout the week.
The study analyzed data from 89,573 people.
It found that both weekend and weekday exercisers had a lower risk of conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity.
