Living on greener streets or having views of blue spaces from your home can lead to better sleep, a new study suggests.
Researchers from the University of Exeter’s European Centre for Environment and Human Health analyzed data from over 16,000 people across 18 countries.
They found that individuals in greener environments reported better mental health, which contributed to improved sleep quality.
This is significant as lack of sleep is a major concern globally, affecting around 16% of UK adults.
