Dutch students from Delft University of Technology have recently unveiled a groundbreaking hydrogen car that could potentially set a new standard for efficiency. The vehicle, named ERXII, is set to achieve an incredible feat of traveling over 2,000 kilometers on just 1 kilogram of hydrogen fuel.
This exceptional achievement will be put to the test in June at Shell’s Eco-Marathon event in France, where Eco-Runner will compete against other student teams vying for the world record for the longest distance driven on hydrogen without refueling. With its lightweight carbon fiber construction and aerodynamic design, ERXII is poised to make waves in sustainable mobility.
