India recently banned some single-use or single-use plastic products as part of a plan to phase out the material’s use in the South Asian country.
As a first step in the program, the federal government has identified 19 plastic products that are not very useful but have a high potential for waste. It is illegal to produce, import, keep, distribute or sell them.
